Thom’s Bread Pizza Recipe


Thom’s BREAD Pizza Crusts

Prep time 5 minutes
Cook time 7 minutes
Yield 2 10-12-inch pizzas


1 Pack Thom’s Pizza Crust
26 ounce strained tomatoes (unused portion, in sealed container last 3-5 days refrigerated, or can be frozen)
16 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese (good for 3-4 pizzas)
Olive oil for prepping and finishing


Pizza pans round (2-3)
Pizza wheel cutter
Cutting board

Prepping sauce

Incorporate 1-2 tablespoons (to taste) salt into strained tomatoes


Preheat oven 475-500F (actual oven temps may vary) Place room temp crust on pizza pan & and brush lightly with olive oil Evenly Spread 2-3 tablespoons sauce over pie keeping it from pooling in center Break with fingers and place mozzarella over the pie 3-4 ounces Bake for 7 minutes, or until light golden colour appears on crust Remove from oven and place on cutting board. Drizzle with finishing oil and let cool a bit so cheese and sauce can set up. Use pizza wheel to cut and enjoy!
